This return policy is valid for 30 days after the date of your purchase.
Thereafter, we cannot accept your return.
Conditions of return
The item that you want to return must be in its original packaging and be
unused to be eligible for a return.
We do not accept returns of gift cards or vouchers.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange
it for the same item, send us an email at info@springbokpharmacy.co.za and send your item to:

Refunds
We will send you a notification when we have received your return. We will also
inspect the returned product and inform you if your return has been approved or
rejected (Based on the conditions of return).
If we approved your return, we will process your refund with a credit applied
to your credit card (Or original method of payment) which can take a few days.
If you have not yet received your refund, follow these steps:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company & bank (There might be time
delays before your credit has been processed)
- If you have done the above and still have not received your refund,

Shipping your return item will be at your own cost (Delivery cost). Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
